The recent reduction in aviation turbine fuel (ATF) and commercial LPG prices provides significant relief to both the airline and hospitality sectors in India. With global oil prices on a downward trend, ATF has seen a third consecutive monthly price cut, effectively reversing earlier hikes in early 2024. Meanwhile, the price of commercial LPG, widely used by hotels and restaurants, has also been reduced. However, despite these reductions, retail prices for petrol and diesel in India remain unchanged, leaving consumers unaffected at the pump.
