In the aftermath of a tragic terror attack in Pahalgam, South Kashmir, which claimed 26 lives on Tuesday, Srinagar’s air travel system has been under intense scrutiny. Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu assured the public that airfares for Srinagar flights are being closely monitored to prevent unjustified price surges. The government also announced additional flights to facilitate the swift departure of tourists seeking to return home. The efforts include the provision of extra amenities at Srinagar airport to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
