Amber Group, a prominent Indian contract manufacturer specializing in HVAC and consumer electronics, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bengaluru-based Power-One Micro Systems, a key player in solar inverters, UPS, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and EV charging solutions. This strategic acquisition aims to deepen Amber’s presence in the rapidly expanding energy solutions sector, enabling diversification and strengthening its industrial electronics division. Power-One reported a turnover of Rs. 184.87 crore in fiscal year 2024.
