Arkade Developers Ltd. reported a 5% year-on-year decline in net profit for the first quarter of the current fiscal, with earnings falling to Rs. 29 crore. The decline is attributed to higher input costs and project execution delays, even as the company continued to post steady revenues from its core residential and redevelopment portfolio. Despite the profit moderation, Arkade remains focused on its expansion strategy in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and continues to invest in pipeline visibility, land acquisition, and mid-income housing projects.
