Aster DM Healthcare reported a strong second-quarter performance, with net profit climbing 13% year-on-year to Rs. 110 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s consolidated revenue increased 10% to Rs. 1,197 crore, supported by steady operational growth and efficiency improvements across its hospital and pharmacy segments. Despite a softer season for illness-related admissions, Aster maintained profitability through disciplined cost management and strategic expansion.

Aster DM Healthcare has announced plans to invest Rs. 480 crore in the development of a new 430-bed multispecialty hospital in Bengaluru, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its presence in the city. The hospital, located in Sarjapur, will focus on a wide range of medical services, with an emphasis on cancer care. This facility will be Aster's fourth hospital in Bengaluru, contributing to the company’s growing footprint in southern India. The first phase, comprising 300 beds, is expected to be operational by FY27, with the entire facility scheduled for completion by FY29.
