This sharp uptick was powered by consistent growth across its domestic and international business segments, along with operational efficiencies and favorable demand in core sectors. The company also registered a revenue of Rs. 2,288 crore during the quarter.

In a significant advancement toward India’s defense self-reliance agenda, Bharat Forge has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) in the Indian Army’s tender for close-quarter battle (CQB) carbines, designed and developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). The 5.56x45 mm carbine, engineered by DRDO’s Armament Research and Development Establishment (ARDE), represents a pivotal step in the country’s indigenous military modernization.

Bharat Forge Ltd's acquisition of AAM India Manufacturing Corporation Pvt Ltd has been given the green light by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) after the companies offered voluntary modifications to address potential competition concerns.
