Borosil Renewables Ltd. has reported a significant reduction in consolidated net losses for the March 2024 quarter, driven by a notable uptick in revenue. The company’s losses narrowed to Rs. 29.52 crore from Rs. 53.32 crore year-over-year, while total income rose to Rs. 385.44 crore. As part of its forward-looking strategy, the board has proposed raising up to Rs. 500 crore, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Ashok Jain, a longstanding executive, will transition to a non-executive role post-July 2025, in recognition of his continued value to the organization.
