Century Real Estate has announced plans to launch over 10 housing projects in Bengaluru for the fiscal year 2025-26, with a combined potential revenue of more than Rs. 9,000 crore. Following an 80% increase in sales bookings last fiscal, the company aims to strengthen its position in Bengaluru’s rapidly growing real estate market by diversifying its residential and commercial offerings. Century Real Estate, which has been in the industry since 1973, boasts a land bank of over 3,000 acres and a development portfolio exceeding 20 million square feet.
