(KRCL) to strengthen rail infrastructure, aiming to enhance coal evacuation and streamline logistics. Coal India Ltd (CIL), the state-owned coal mining giant, is set to introduce a standardized dress code across its workforce starting July 2025. The initiative, recently approved by the company’s board, is designed to enhance visual uniformity and reinforce the organization's corporate identity. Each of the 2.25 lakh employees will receive an advance of Rs. 12,500 to purchase three sets of uniforms tailored to gender-specific guidelines.
