In a significant development, Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited has announced plans to invest Rs. 1,200 crore in the creation of a luxury housing project, ‘Elaira Residences,’ located in the thriving real estate hub of Sector 80, Gurugram. The project aims to tap into the burgeoning demand for high-end residences in the National Capital Region (NCR). With an estimated total of 536 apartments set to be built on a sprawling 5.5-acre plot, Conscient is positioning itself as a major player in the luxury residential market in Delhi-NCR.
