Freshworks, a leading AI-driven service software provider, has posted impressive financial results for Q1 2025, achieving a 19% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching USD 196.3 million. This growth underscores the company's continued success in delivering seamless customer and employee service solutions. The company also saw an uptick in high-value customers, with a notable 13% rise in customers contributing over USD 5,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
