Consumers may soon find relief from rising household expenses, as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) prices are projected to decline next month, according to Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (GCPL) Managing Director. The anticipated price correction is linked to a moderation in raw material costs, especially in key inputs like palm oil, crude derivatives, and packaging materials. With input inflation showing signs of easing, FMCG companies are preparing to pass on the benefits to consumers.
