In a significant leadership transition, Greenpanel Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Himanshu Jindal as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2, 2025. Jindal, with over 23 years of experience across leading companies, will report directly to Managing Director & CEO Shobhan Mittal. This move aligns with Greenpanel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its financial strategy and operational excellence. Outgoing CFO Vishwanathan Venkatramani will assume the newly created role of President – Finance.
