On Thursday, the company announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary, Square Port Shipyard, and Netherlands-based Damen Technical Cooperation BV. This collaboration, marked by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to develop Square Port Shipyard in Maharashtra and manufacture vessels for both domestic and global markets.
