HP Inc. has set a bold course for India’s tech manufacturing landscape, announcing plans to more than double local production of its personal computers by 2031. As part of this strategic pivot, the company aims to manufacture 13% of all PCs sold in India locally by the end of 2025, with a target of reaching one-third by 2031. Simultaneously, HP unveiled a new lineup of artificial intelligence-enabled laptops, designed to meet rising demand for next-generation computing.
