Jammu and Kashmir's Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, unveiled the vision for a sustainable Rs 1,00,000 crore agri-economy by 2030 through the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP). The initiative, launched in April 2023, seeks to empower farmers and modernize agriculture in the state by leveraging digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and real-time monitoring tools.
