HCL Technologies (HCLTech), a global IT services and consulting firm, has entered into a strategic partnership with U.S.-based energy retailer Just Energy to enhance its business operations and customer engagement. The collaboration will leverage HCLTech’s suite of digital process outsourcing (DPO) solutions, including its proprietary GenAI platform, AI Force, to optimize functions such as IT, finance, analytics, customer service, and sales.
