Sumadhura Group, a prominent real estate firm, has announced a significant investment of Rs 250 crore in a new residential project, "Codename Uru," located in South Bengaluru’s Kenchanhalli. The project, which spans 3.25 acres, will feature 297 homes across two 28-floor towers. Expected to generate Rs 500 crore in revenue, the development is slated for completion by December 2029. With a rich history of over 54 projects, Sumadhura Group continues to expand its footprint across key real estate sectors, positioning itself as a leader in Bengaluru’s dynamic property market.
