In a landmark cross-border acquisition, Indian healthcare technology firm Infinx has secured Nasdaq-listed i3 Verticals’ revenue cycle management (RCM) business for USD 96 million, signaling a major strategic push into the U.S. healthcare solutions market. The acquisition not only deepens Infinx’s capabilities in healthcare RCM but also brings with it proprietary technology, a seasoned workforce, and a strong base of institutional clients, including academic medical centers and large provider groups.
