Jindal Stainless has partnered with XLRI – Xavier School of Management to introduce a specialized human resource development program aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities within the organization. The initiative focuses on equipping HR professionals and business leaders with advanced skills in people management, organizational strategy and workforce transformation. Jindal Stainless reported a robust performance in the third quarter, with net profit rising 26 percent year-on-year to Rs. 828 crore, driven by steady demand, improved realizations and operational efficiency. The results reflect the company’s ability to navigate volatile input costs while maintaining margins through disciplined cost control and a diversified product portfolio. Strong domestic demand, particularly from infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, supported volumes during the quarter.

Jindal Stainless Ltd. posted a 10.6% year-on-year increase in net profit for the quarter ended June, reflecting the company’s resilience in a complex global steel environment. The strong financial performance was underpinned by stable demand, robust operational efficiencies, and strategic inventory management. Despite persistent volatility in raw material prices and macroeconomic headwinds, the company maintained steady revenue growth while containing costs.

Ratan Jindal, Chairman of Jindal Stainless, emphasized the growing challenges posed by rising imports from countries like China and Vietnam, particularly to India's stainless steel sector. Speaking at the Global Stainless Steel Summit (2025) in Mumbai, Jindal urged the government to impose necessary duties on these imports to protect domestic manufacturers, particularly MSMEs, and safeguard local employment.
