K Raheja Corp Investment Managers, the sponsor of India’s fourth Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is set to launch its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) with a total issue size of Rs. 4,800 crore. Positioned as a major listing in India's commercial real estate segment, the IPO seeks to capitalize on growing investor appetite for rent-yielding real assets. The price band has been set between Rs. 300 and Rs. 325 per unit.
