MG Motor has expanded its electric vehicle (EV) lineup in India with the launch of the MG Windsor Pro, a premium long-range variant aimed at urban professionals and environmentally conscious buyers. Priced at Rs. 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 8,000 customers, the Windsor Pro offers a significantly improved range of 449 kilometers on a single charge, courtesy of a 52.9 kWh battery pack. This move intensifies competition in India’s fast-growing EV segment, where rivals like the Tata Nexon EV and the upcoming Tata Curvv EV are already making waves.
