Affle 3i, a leading technology firm specializing in mobile advertising solutions, has posted impressive financial results for the March quarter, showing a robust growth trajectory. The company reported a 17.8% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 103 crore, compared to Rs 87.4 crore in the same period last year. This performance highlights Affle’s ability to capitalize on favorable industry trends while driving continued expansion through its innovative business model.

Solid Quarterly Performance

For the March quarter, Affle 3i saw its revenue rise by 18.9%, totaling Rs 602.2 crore, up from Rs 506.2 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. This growth in revenue reflects the company’s consistent performance in its mobile advertising business, particularly driven by its unique cost per converted user (CPCU) model. Sequentially, the company saw a marginal increase of 2.79% in net profit and 0.09% in revenue, showcasing stable performance in the face of market fluctuations.

Strong Full-Year Performance

Affle 3i’s performance for the full fiscal year 2025 further solidified its market position, with net profit rising by 28.4% to Rs 381.8 crore. Revenue for the year also saw an uptick of 22.9%, reaching Rs 2,266.3 crore. This robust growth underscores the company's ability to scale its operations and maintain its competitive edge in the mobile advertising space, with a clear focus on long-term value creation.

The CPCU Model and Industry Dynamics

Anuj Khanna Sohum, the Managing Director and CEO of Affle 3i, attributed the company's success to its pioneering cost per converted user (CPCU) business model. This model allows the company to deliver measurable results for advertisers, driving higher return on investment (ROI) by targeting and engaging users more effectively. Sohum emphasized that the company's consistent outperformance is amplified by favorable industry dynamics, which have helped it maintain a strong market presence.

Looking ahead, Affle is positioning itself to further leverage its integrated approach, focusing on intelligence as a key growth driver. By combining proprietary data, deep audience insights, and advanced generative AI capabilities, Affle aims to scale its operations efficiently and fortify its competitive moat. This strategic shift reflects the company’s commitment to unlocking greater value for its stakeholders and driving sustainable growth.

Renaming and Global Presence

In line with its evolving strategy, Affle India Ltd. was rebranded to Affle 3i Ltd. last month, marking a new phase in the company’s journey. The rebranding reflects its broader international presence and expansion plans. Affle 3i operates across multiple regions, including Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Africa, providing AI-led mobile advertising solutions that enable advertisers to optimize targeting, personalize user engagement, and maximize ROI.

Conclusion: A Promising Future Ahead

Affle 3i’s strong quarterly and annual performance underscores the company’s solid position in the mobile advertising industry. Its unique CPCU model, combined with its focus on leveraging advanced technologies like AI, has proven effective in driving growth and providing long-term value to its stakeholders. As the company continues to scale and expand globally, its innovative approach positions it well to maintain its leadership in the fast-evolving digital advertising landscape. With a focus on intelligence and strategic growth, Affle 3i is poised for continued success in the years ahead.
