Xevyte Charts Ambitious Path to USD 100 Million Revenue and 5,000-Strong Workforce by 2030

Bengaluru-based digital engineering and cybersecurity firm Xevyte has unveiled an ambitious expansion strategy, targeting a fivefold revenue increase to USD 100 million (approximately Rs. 837 crore) by 2030 and scaling its workforce from 630 to 5,000 employees. The company expects its primary growth engines to be Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and the domestic Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. With plans to enter new Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India and expand into key global markets like the US, UK, UAE, and Southeast Asia, Xevyte is positioning itself as a formidable player in the next-generation IT services space.

Growth Anchored in GCCs and BFSI Expansion

Xevyte, formerly operating under the name SquareTek, is reimagining its growth trajectory with a clear focus on GCCs and BFSI. According to Chief Strategy Officer Shailendra Puri, GCCs are expected to contribute 60% to 70% of the company's total revenue by the end of the decade, serving as the main catalyst in scaling both headcount and technological offerings.

The BFSI segment, particularly in India, will also be a critical driver—not just for revenue but for innovation in areas like data analytics and cybersecurity. With financial institutions accelerating digital transformation post-pandemic, Xevyte aims to embed itself as a preferred partner for both traditional banks and fintech platforms.

Revenue Projections and Milestones

From a current revenue base of over USD 20 million (around Rs. 167 crore), the company aims to reach USD 50 million (approx. Rs. 418 crore) by the end of FY 2025-26. The longer-term goal is to more than double this figure to USD 100 million (Rs. 837 crore) by 2030, marking a nearly 400% increase over the next five years.

Puri emphasized that execution will be key. “If everything proceeds on schedule—both in terms of infrastructure and talent—we’re confident we’ll cross USD 50 million by March 2026 and stay on track for USD 100 million by the end of the decade,” he stated.

Talent Strategy: Scaling Up at Home and Abroad

Xevyte’s expansion blueprint includes a significant ramp-up in human capital. The company currently employs around 630 professionals, with expectations to surpass the 1,000 mark by the end of this year. Year-on-year hiring is projected at 800 to 1,000 individuals, putting the company on course to reach a workforce of 5,000 by 2030.

Hiring efforts will be concentrated in southern India—particularly Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai—while Mumbai will serve as a strategic anchor for the western region. Additionally, the company is exploring Tier-2 cities like Coimbatore as emerging talent hubs. Puri said this regional approach is both cost-effective and strategically aligned with India’s evolving digital talent landscape.

Global Expansion Strategy in Motion

International growth is a key pillar of Xevyte’s broader vision. With operational footprints already established in the UK and the US, the company is targeting deeper market penetration in the UAE, Southeast Asia—especially the Philippines—and other high-potential economies.

Puri highlighted that the overseas offices are fully equipped from an infrastructure standpoint and financially supported. “The groundwork is in place; what remains is the alignment of the right teams to the right projects,” he noted.

This global push is aimed not just at revenue diversification, but also at enabling cross-border innovation and leveraging region-specific expertise in areas like cybersecurity and cloud engineering.

Conclusion: A New-Age IT Challenger Emerges

Xevyte’s long-term vision represents more than numerical targets—it signals the emergence of a next-generation Indian IT company with a diversified, global footprint. By aligning its capabilities with evolving enterprise needs in data security, cloud, and digital transformation, and by adopting a dual domestic-international growth strategy, the company is preparing to compete not only with peers in the mid-tier space but also with established IT giants.

As India cements its reputation as the world’s digital backbone, firms like Xevyte that combine strategic clarity with executional agility could become the flag-bearers of the country's next tech growth wave.
