The issue, sized at Rs. 122.31 crore, received bids for 3.06 crore shares against an offer of 79.17 lakh shares. Non‑institutional investors led the momentum with a 7.39× subscription, followed by qualified institutional buyers at 3.97× and retail investors at 2.75×. The successful IPO underscores investor confidence in India’s logistics sector, with proceeds earmarked for fleet expansion and general corporate purposes. Om Freight Forwarders’ IPO was open from September 29 to October 3, 2025, with a price band of Rs. 128–135 per equity share. The issue comprised two components:

Fresh Issue: Raising capital to support expansion of the company’s fleet and operations.

Offer for Sale (OFS): Promoters sold up to 72.5 lakh shares, including portions held by Rahul J. Joshi, Harmesh R. Joshi, and Kamesh R. Joshi.

 

The final subscription stood at 3.87×, driven primarily by strong participation from non‑institutional investors. The retail investor segment registered a 2.75× subscription, while qualified institutional buyers contributed 3.97×.

Financially, Om reported a net profit of Rs. 21.99 crore on revenues of Rs. 494.05 crore in FY25. From the IPO proceeds, Rs. 17.145 crore is planned for acquisition of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, with the remainder allocated to general corporate purposes.
