Puravankara Ltd., a leading real estate developer, has announced its selection to redevelop eight residential societies in Mumbai’s Chembur area, unlocking a saleable area exceeding 12 lakh square feet with a projected gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,100 crore. This initiative aligns with the company’s strategic intent to deepen its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune markets, with the western region expected to contribute Rs 18,000 crore in GDV, including Rs 7,700 crore from redevelopment projects.
