Rama Telecom, a growing player in telecom infrastructure and engineering solutions, has opened its Rs. 25.13-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on the NSE SME platform Emerge. The issue, entirely a fresh offering of 36.96 lakh equity shares priced between Rs. 65 and Rs. 68 per share, will remain open until June 27. The capital raised will be allocated toward capital expenditure, working capital, and strategic technology upgrades.
