With 25 years of experience spanning Paytm and Google, Sharma brings a track record in digital strategy, product development, and regional management across India and the Asia-Pacific. His appointment follows the departure of Dhruv Agarwala, REA India’s co-founder, who stepped down earlier this year. Sharma will join in July, supporting Agarwala in a structured succession.
