Central to this initiative is Joule, SAP’s generative AI assistant, now enhanced with expanded capabilities and new partnerships—including collaboration with AI answer engine Perplexity—to provide real-time, data-driven insights.

SAP, Europe’s largest software company, is witnessing a major shift in its Indian client base—from AI exploration to practical deployment. Over the past year, Indian enterprises have increasingly adopted SAP’s embedded AI tools to enhance operational efficiency across finance, supply chain, and workforce management.
