Sonata Software has announced the successful acquisition of a USD 73 million (approximately Rs. 620 crore) contract from a prominent U.S.-based technology, media, and telecom (TMT) firm. The five-year engagement will focus on AI-led digital modernization, highlighting Sonata’s growing presence in the rapidly evolving tech space. Under the deal, the company will establish a dedicated AI-enabled Modernization Engineering Center in India, aiming to address key areas such as platform engineering, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and modern application development.
