Sugs Lloyd, a specialized provider of outage management solutions for electricity distribution companies, has filed its draft papers with the BSE SME platform, signaling its intent to launch an initial public offering. The company plans to utilise the proceeds primarily for working capital, business expansion, and general corporate purposes. Demonstrating solid financial performance, Sugs Lloyd posted Rs 25.49 crore in revenue and Rs 3.53 crore in profit after tax (PAT) in Q1 FY25, following Rs 65.12 crore in revenue and Rs 10.48 crore PAT in FY24.
