Zen Technologies Ltd., a leading Indian provider of defence training systems and counter-drone solutions, has announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in TISA Aerospace Pvt Ltd. TISA is a specialized defence tech firm focused on developing indigenous loitering munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The acquisition was approved unanimously by Zen’s board and will be executed via a mix of share purchase and the acquisition of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs).
