TVS Holdings, the parent investment arm of the two- and three-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company, has taken a significant step in formalizing its succession roadmap. As per regulatory disclosures, Sudarshan Venu, currently the Managing Director of both TVS Holdings and TVS Motor Company, has been designated a 'significant beneficial owner' following a promoter share transfer. This move aligns the control and management of the business within the younger generation of the Venu Srinivasan–Mallika Srinivasan family.
