Zelestra India, a key player in the renewable energy sector, has appointed Prashant Kumar as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), signaling a strategic push to strengthen financial governance and operational efficiency amid accelerated business growth. Reporting directly to CEO Sajay K V, Kumar will oversee financial planning, capital optimization, and project financing to support the company's ambitious 5 GW pipeline, which includes wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
