Zuari Industries Ltd. recorded a consolidated net loss of Rs 20.75 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25, primarily attributed to exceptional losses, a sharp reversal from the Rs 63.37 crore profit reported in the same quarter last year. Despite the bottom-line setback, total income for the quarter rose modestly to Rs 272.26 crore from Rs 262.40 crore in the prior year. For the full fiscal year, the company’s revenue increased to Rs 970.33 crore, up from Rs 837.80 crore in 2023-24.
