Brigade Enterprises Reports Robust 31% Growth in Pre-Sales, Boosted by Premium Residential Demand

Brigade Enterprises, a prominent real estate developer based in Bengaluru, recorded pre-sales of Rs 7,847 crore in fiscal year 2024-25, marking a 31% increase over the previous year. This surge was primarily driven by strong demand for premium residential properties, which accounted for Rs 7,567 crore of the total pre-sales. Despite a slight dip in quarterly revenue, the company posted an 18% rise in net profit for the March quarter and nearly doubled its annual net profit to Rs 680 crore.

Strong Q4 Performance Boosts Profitability for K K Birla’s Avadh and Magadh Sugar Companies

K K Birla’s sugar enterprises, Avadh Sugar and Magadh Sugar, demonstrated robust financial growth in the fourth quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year. Both companies reported significant increases in net profits and total income compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. Avadh Sugar’s net profit rose to Rs 72 crore from Rs 55 crore, alongside a revenue increase to Rs 678 crore. Meanwhile, Magadh Sugar’s net profit surged to Rs 72 crore from Rs 47 crore, with total income climbing to Rs 356 crore.
