The company witnessed a 17% increase in net operating income (NOI), totaling Rs 892.3 crore for Q4, and declared a distribution of Rs 538.4 crore to its unitholders. For FY25, the company achieved a 10% growth in NOI, reaching Rs 3,283.5 crore.
