Minda Corporation to Reduce Stake in Furukawa Minda Electric Following Share Subscription Agreement

Minda Corporation Ltd. has announced a reduction in its stake in Furukawa Minda Electric Pvt Ltd, a joint venture with Japan’s Furukawa Electric Group. Following a share subscription agreement with Furukawa Electric Company Ltd (FEC) and Furukawa Automotive Systems Inc., Minda’s holding in the venture will drop from 25% to 17.54%. This restructuring, which will see FEC’s stake increase to 82.46%, is part of a strategic shift that further solidifies Furukawa Electric’s dominant position in the venture.

ACC Ltd Reports Mixed Q4 Results, Eyes Continued Growth Amid Infrastructure Boom
