Alpex Solar Mobilizes ₹260 Crore Through Share Issue to Accelerate Capacity Expansion

Alpex Solar, one of India’s emerging renewable energy manufacturers, has raised ₹260 crore through a preferential allotment of equity shares and warrants. The fresh capital will support its ambitious expansion strategy, including scaling solar module capacity to 3.6 GW, commissioning its first solar cell manufacturing line, and establishing an aluminium frame plant. With operations currently spread across six facilities in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, the company is positioning itself as an integrated player in India’s clean energy value chain.
