Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL), the largest private airport operator in India, has successfully raised USD 750 million in financing from a consortium of global banks, including First Abu Dhabi Bank, Barclays, and Standard Chartered. The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and fuel the expansion of infrastructure across six key airports, as well as enhance its non-aeronautical business operations. With a vision to triple its capacity by 2040, AAHL is poised to transform India's aviation sector, starting with the forthcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.
