Bengaluru-based space-tech start-up GalaxEye has announced plans for its second satellite, designed to offer sharper Earth imagery and faster revisit times. Building on the momentum of its upcoming Mission Drishti satellite, set for launch later this year, GalaxEye is developing the next-generation Drishti satellite entirely in-house. With 0.5-metre resolution and cutting-edge SAR-optical imaging technology, this satellite aims to cater to defence, security, and intelligence sectors while supporting disaster response and maritime surveillance.
