Himadri Speciality, a key player in the clean-tech space, has made a strategic move to strengthen its footprint in the energy storage and mobility sectors by acquiring a 16.24% stake in International Battery Company (IBC). The USD 4.43 million (approximately Rs. 37.47 crore) investment gives Himadri board representation and access to cutting-edge lithium-ion battery technologies.
