In a strategic push toward sustainable agriculture, the Indian government has signed a Rs. 21 crore memorandum of understanding with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to conduct an extensive evaluation of nano urea, an emerging fertilizer technology aimed at improving nutrient efficiency and reducing environmental harm. The collaboration will involve large-scale field trials, soil impact studies, and performance assessments across varied climatic zones.
