Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd. (LATL) is set to acquire the remaining 25 percent equity in IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 221 crore, consolidating its position as the sole owner of the interior automotive solutions provider. This move marks a strategic milestone for LATL, which initially acquired a 75 percent stake in IAC India in March 2023. Upon completion—expected by May 31, 2025—Lumax plans to explore a potential merger to unlock synergies.
