On April 17, 2025, Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will inaugurate a newly upgraded 220-bed Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) hospital in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This facility is set to significantly enhance healthcare delivery under the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Scheme. The upgraded hospital will provide speciality and super-speciality treatments, benefiting over 5 lakh insured workers and their families in the region. The inauguration also highlights the establishment of an ESI medical college with 50 MBBS seats.

RBI Launches Comprehensive Survey to Gauge Business Conditions for Q1 FY2025-26

The survey will capture data on key indicators such as demand, financial stability, employment, and pricing. It is part of the 44th round of the Quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey and the 110th round of the Quarterly Industrial Outlook Survey.

IREDA Announces Record Profit Growth in Q4 FY25

For the fiscal year 2025, IREDA posted a record PAT of Rs. 1,699 crore, reflecting a 36% increase compared to FY24.

Government Cuts APM Gas Supply to City Gas Distributors, Raising Concerns Over Profitability and Pricing

Yes Bank Challenges Rs 244.2 Crore Tax Demand Amid Reassessment Discrepancies

Yes Bank has been slapped with a tax demand of Rs 244.20 crore for the assessment year 2016-17, following a reassessment order that the bank claims incorrectly inflated the tax liability. The demand stems from a rectification order issued by the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer (JAO), which recalculated the income and tax payable. Yes Bank has disputed the demand, arguing that the recalculated tax assessment lacks justification. Wipro Sees Strong Profit Growth in Q4 FY25 Amidst Cautious Client Sentiment
