India's Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), the country’s busiest and largest, is currently facing significant operational disruptions. MPs from various political parties have voiced concerns over ongoing flight delays, overcrowding, and the overall mismanagement at the airport. This follows the temporary closure of Terminal 2 (T2) for maintenance, which has exacerbated passenger inconvenience. During a parliamentary meeting, the civil aviation ministry attempted to explain the causes, including dust storms and technical issues, but the explanation fell short.
